It's Immaterial were formed in 1980 by three former members of Yachts John Campbell, Martin Dempsey and Henry Priestman with Paul Barlow joining to make the line up complete. By 1984, the band had been reduced to a duo of John Campbell and Jarvis Whitehead who joined in 1982. John and Jarvis are still together and making a racket as always!
